Power washers are not required to be licensed. So anyone with a pressure washer can go into business and experiment on your hard paid for home. We are professionally certified by the Power Washers of North America association (www.thePWNA.org) to clean all types of exterior surfaces, using low pressure environmentally safe chemical cleansers that are designed specifically to remove mold, mildew, algae, and acid rain pollutants. Our chemical cleansers are safe for children, pets, and plants.

For optimum results and long term benefits, we recommend using our safe house cleaning process every twelve months for all your home´s exterior surfaces need, whether that be wood, brick, stucco, aluminum, and/or vinyl siding. We clean all types of pressed wood and painted surfaces as well. A yearly cleaning increases the life expectancy of your paint job. We also recommend our exterior house cleaning services prior to painting outdoor surfaces. Mold and mildew spores are microscopic. Pressure washing a painted surface removes only the visible part of the mildew and a several micron layers of paint, but leaves behind the mildew spores. We chemically kill all of the mildew spores and wash them away with low pressure (damage free) water. We´ve had a number of customers conclude that once their house was cleaned, they didn´t need to repaint after all.
